Publicly Available Information

The Intercert Global shall make available on request:

a) information on certification programmes, conformity assessment procedures, rules and procedures for granting, maintaining, extending or limiting the scope, suspending, withdrawing or refusing certification.

b) a description of the rights and obligations of applicants and clients, including requirements, restrictions or limitations on the use of the name of the certification body and how to invoke the certificate granted

c) information on the procedures for handling complaints and appeals.

The ICG is an autonomous, independent and self-financing body.
