Quality Policy


INTERCERT Global Sp. z o.o. conducts certification activities as an accredited and notified body:a

•     in a competent, consistent, impartial and independent manner;

•     drawing on the knowledge and experience of staff and industry experts;

•     based on international and national requirements;

•     limiting its requirements, assessment, review, decision and supervision to issues related to the scope of certification;

•     ensuring the confidentiality and security of information received and produced during the performance of certification activities, except as provided for by law.

The above objectives are achieved by:

•     implementation and improvement of the management system that meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065 and PN-EN ISO/OEC 17021-1;

•     implementation of the requirements of the accreditation body;

•     transparency of procedures and continuous improvement of the quality of services provided;

•     employing staff with specialist knowledge and working to develop their improvement;

•     creation of organizational structures ensuring the independence of the Unit and impartiality in activities
